Want to know what is happening behind the fence at Thomas Bloodworth Park? Well it’s Lots
1. Bridge - All 3 bridge treads will be demolished and replaced. As well as the installation of new non slip mesh, new handrails and balustrades.
2. Fence - The rotten picket fence will be renewed and painted Karaka green, a mowing strip will also be installed for ease of maintenance and durability
3. Pergola - a clean of the roof along with a Rust treatment and painting all steel elements
I am delighted this is all being renewed as it’s such a well used park - the bridges especially were pretty slippery on wet days!
